Whether your needs are as simple as a single computer repair and maintenance, a small website to establish your Internet presence; or your needs are larger such as a complex network configuration, repair or upgrades to multiple systems, a database driven website or a high speed connectivity solution, your needs are always treated with the utmost importance and receive the same personal attention and quality care.

Here are some of the services and benefits that CITS can provide:

• Normal Rates - $75 per hour
  We schedule a time that suits the schedule of the client and first availability of CITS. This works for offices with 1 – 3 workstations and minor networking needs.
• Emergency Calls (4 hour response time) $100 per hour
  I will arrive on-site within 4 hours or sooner after receiving call. Add $50 per hour for calls after 6:00 PM or on Holidays.
• Terms of Payment – payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless arranged in writing differently. After 30 days add 3% late penalty. After 60 days add 6% percent late fee.
• All parts needed for service are documented in a price quote and only ordered after client OKs the cost. They are then billed separately. Time involved in picking up parts are included in regular time billing. The manufacturer's guarantee is passed on to the client. Client is free to purchase parts needed, but CITS will not guarantee their functionality.
