Max Leake has been our "computer guy" for several years now at Steidl and Steinberg. In our business, it is most important that when the computers "go down", and they will, that someone is there to get them up again. Max has always been there for us.

In October of 2003 the Law Offices of Steidl and Steinberg moved for the first time in fifteen years. We also decided to essentially replace our entire computer system and almost all of the computers simultaneously. Since our business is almost totally in the Bankruptcy Court and since our bankruptcy documents are all filed electronically, to say that we were concerned about the transition would be the height of understatement.

We did not lose even one hour of downtime during the transition. Max methodically replaced everything from the server to nine desktop computers and reconfigured the remaining two machines late in the day and at night so that Steidl and Steinberg did not lose a beat. Kudos to Max for his planning and his ability to be flexible with his hours.

Last, Max is excellent with our staff, never couching his explanations in "techno talk". He explains things clearly, never talking down to our employees, and is willing to spend whatever time is necessary to make certain our staff understands what they are doing. He is also helpful with good suggestions on how to make our office more efficient (translation: saving money) with our computer use.

All in all, Max is highly recommended.
